The MVE and Jae Foundation partnership emphasizes the well-being of our team. At MVE the well-being of our team is the highest priority. Being in a high stress industry, we wanted to make sure our team had resources and tools to empower them on and off the job sites. As we started working with The Jae Foundation and getting our team members in for “boot checks” we found that they communicated more and began talking about issues that they would normally not discuss. Together with this and retreats at the Double J ranch our team members have been more equipped to help themselves and others around them cope with difficult situations by overcoming fears or negative thoughts. Partnering with this foundation has brought many benefits to our team.
