Magic Valley Electric provided comprehensive electrical construction services for Saddle Lofts, a three-building, 27-unit multifamily housing development in Hailey, Idaho. The project consists of 19 one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments, along with on-site parking, resident storage areas, and shared outdoor amenities.
Our scope included the installation of complete electrical distribution systems, branch circuitry, lighting, receptacles, and power for all residential units and common areas. Coordinating closely with the general contractor and project team, we executed the electrical installation from underground rough-in through final commissioning, delivering code-compliant, high-quality systems while maintaining project schedules and supporting the long-term reliability and performance of the facility.
